We are committed to minimising the use of raw materials by supplying and supporting the use of recycled plastic products where possible, alongside a recycling service for plastics from past projects.

Our supplier network and delivery services are also carefully selected to help minimise our carbon footprint, with 70% of our stock coming from the UK to reduce transit time.

We make sure we cut all materials efficiently to minimise wastage and reuse packaging materials. Our materials offer long-term solutions. Unlike single-use plastic, our sheets are made to last.

Recycled plastic

We stock and work with a variety of recycled plastic sheets, which can be fabricated for bespoke projects and sold whole or cut to size.

Our recycled sheets can also be supplied with polished edges, radius corners and drilled holes. Recycled plastic can also be recycled at the end of its life cycle, reducing waste.

Here is a list of our range of recycled plastic sheets:

100% recycled Cast Acrylic
90 – 75% recycled content Extruded Acrylic
100% recycled PVC Foam
ACM with over 80% recycled content
Polycarbonate with up to 40% recycled content

Recycled acrylic

Recycled acrylic has the same characteristics and properties as first-generation acrylic. It is long-lasting, and it can be recycled back to raw material without losing any of its original properties.

An example of this material is the new PERSPEX® range, which comes in 4 popular colours: black, clear, opal and white. These standard colours are available in thicknesses of 3mm and 5mm. We can also supply recycled acrylic in other colours. Please contact us to find out more.

Reputable supplier chain

All of our suppliers are committed to reducing CO2 in any way they can. 70% of our stock is made in the UK, which reduces our carbon footprint.

The recycling process for PERSPEX® takes place in Europe, close to the production plants, reducing transportation to help minimise the carbon footprint of the material.
Our other main manufacturers use a variety of sustainable processes, including heat exchangers, solar power, on-site wind turbines and wastewater regeneration.
