Why Print Direct to Media?
We are able to print direct to media in house with our Mimaki flat bed UV printer. This enables us to produce high quality prints for each and every project. In the past we would have used vinyl which was effective, but left a raised edge around each image. By using our printer each logo or picture is borderless. PVC vinyl is very hard to recycle and so we wanted to find an alternative product to use; our flatbed printer is the perfect replacement.
Examples of our work
We use our printer for bespoke projects for a variety of customers and industries. We fabricate and print signs, cubes, merchandising stands, event units, screens and wall cladding.
Many of our projects require us to fit LEDs such as the ‘business’ sign featured in the clip above.
We are often approached by customers to print bespoke kitchen splash backs, shower and bath panels.; either in one solid colour or as a picture. We are able to cut these to size, including cutting out pieces for plug sockets to fit through.
