Creating an Acrylic Freestanding Poster for the NHS
For this project we were asked to produce a free-standing poster printed on to acrylic to promote the use of the NHS app in a doctor’s surgery.
This was to raise awareness of the NHS app and to ultimately encourage more people to download and use it.
Using our in-house Mimaki flatbed UV printer, we print directly onto plastic media to produce high quality printed designs on bespoke fabrications. A premium finish is achieved by using inks that are specifically designed for plastics. By using white ink as a base, it allows us to print onto both multi-coloured and clear media. Printed plastics offer a boarder less, bold and stunning option for advertising and marketing, or in this case for an NHS poster.
This particular stand has clear acrylic legs that slot into place and the acrylic has diamond polished edges.
The beauty of this stand is that it can moved around easily, whilst remaining sturdy. The stand features a double-sided print, and as a result, can be viewed from both sides. It can also be flat packed. Therefore, it can be transported or stored without taking up much space.
