Bespoke fabrication service

Bespoke fabrication of acrylic and PERSPEX® to shape exactly what you need for your project.

With our wealth of experience and depth of plastic fabrication knowledge, we can work with you to find an appropriate solution using acrylic or polycarbonate, developing a design brief in partnership with you or using an existing CAD file.

We can fabricate one-off unique pieces or multiple replicas of a single design, such as point of sale displays for retail chains.

The possibilities are endless; your imagination is our only limitation.

Who we work for

Our bespoke plastic fabrication service is exceptionally adaptable, as reflected in our client portfolio, which includes event and production companies, set building for TV and stage, museums and stately homes.

One day we’ll be designing and making products to protect valuable antiques and the next we’ll be making a window display for a high-end luxury store.

Example projects

Examples of our retail work include large scale, eye-catching window displays, merchandising stands and bespoke furniture.

Smaller-scale items include leaflet holders and solutions to display products such as watches, shoes, earphones and makeup. We’ve also worked for catering companies, restaurants and bars, producing ‘lollies’ for table numbers, skis to hold shot glasses, and a wide range of catering trays, including novelty trays shaped like tennis racquets, chess boards, and LED-lit ones.

Display cases

Our display cases and boxes have been used for retail merchandising, in museums to protect artefacts, by architects to encase 3D models, in art galleries to protect artwork, and in non-commercial projects, providing presentation cases for customers to showcase sports shirts, balls, and trophies. The possibilities are endless!

We are approved Perspex fabricators based in London, which means we have access to the full catalogue of PERSPEX® products and colours, and they regard our fabrication work as being of a high enough standard to be recommended by them.

We can’t recommend Abplas enough for the incredible job they did on our piano! From start to finish the customer service was perfect and the recommendations on what materials to use to get the best results, were very helpful indeed. We are 100 percent coming back for another one in the new year as no one else compares.
